August 1st is Swiss National Day. Like last year we attended a brunch at a local farm. We went to the Volg Bio Farm in Gams. This year a few of our friends joined the celebration with us. It was fun, delicious and hot. Almost everything for the brunch is produced, grown and made on the farm. The brunch included fruit, eggs, potatoes, bread, cheese, meats, tortes, juice ...
