Hiking with Lily

Lily and I have been hiking a lot behind our house the past few weeks.  I sometimes forget how beautiful it is because when I run I seem to focus on other things. I hope both Lilly and Logan both return to see the beauty of the valley where they were born.

End of August Happenings

Logan started his school the last week of August. We are still in the adjusting phase, but so far he seems to like like it most of the time. We went for an ice cream treat after his first day.

The girls in the house were worn out.

GG came for three weeks. Everyone loved having her here.

Lily and her sock monkey. She is a snuggler.

All stretched out. We confirmed at her two week appointment she was a little bigger than 47 cm at birth. She had already grown 6 cm in two weeks!

The Liechtenstein farmers market. Logan found the "punkins." He was very excited to have his little sister there.

Lily's first trip to Appenzell-12 days old. We got a traditional swiss outfit for her.

Logan is Two!

It's hard to believe two years have already passed. He has grown up so much in the past year. He fills our days with so much enthusiasm and sillies. We had such a fun day celebrating his life.

Jazz on the Green

It was a perfect fall day last Sunday. The sun was out and you could see the snow on the mountain tops. We joined a bunch of friends for lunch at the Golf course down the street. A friend of ours was playing the sax with his band.
